Once your account has been verified, you will need to create a ticket listing by clicking ‘Sell tickets’. This can be found next to each event listing or in the website header. When you have filled out the ticket information, you will need to submit your listing for approval. Once you have been verified as the original ticket owner, you will receive an email confirming that your listing is live. Please ensure that you have downloaded the Principality Stadium Ticketing app before listing your tickets. You will not be able to sell on the WRU Supporter Exchange without registering with the app. The Principality Stadium Ticketing app is now available to download by clicking
here. Please be aware of the following key terms in relation to selling your tickets on the platform: You can only sell tickets on the platform if you are the original buyer of the ticket (this will be verified through our integration with WRU e-ticketing).
- The email address used to create your account must be the email address used on your WRU e-ticketing account used to originally purchase the tickets.
- The mobile number used must be the same number that is linked to the principality Stadium Ticketing app.
- Once your account has been created, please add in your ticket details as instructed. Once we have verified these as your tickets, you can proceed to sell these on the platform.
- You will be asked to specify how you would like to sell your tickets (such as in pairs, or all together). Ticket listings must include tickets that are together in the same row and next to each other. If you have tickets in different rows, blocks or not together they must be added in a separate ticket listing.
- You will then be asked to specify a price. Once you are happy with the details of your listing, please press confirm and the tickets will go live on the platform.
- You will also be sent a confirmation email to say these are live.
- You can edit your ticket listings at any time in your account (including altering the price or removing the listing all together).
